All orders for goods or services placed through this website will be treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. All our communications and contracts are in English and governed by English Law.

Data protection and Privacy

All data entered on this web site is stored in a secure manner and will be used only by Central; Regalia Ltd for the purpose of marketing our own products. We do not give or sell any data including, names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses to any third party. All credit card information entered on this website is encrypted and stored via Worldpay.

Title of Goods

All goods remain the property of Central Regalia Ltd until paid for in full.

Payment and prices

All orders placed through our website must be pre-paid using a valid credit or debit card as instructed. We reserve the right not to dispatch goods where any cards are declined, however we would always try to contact the customer in such circumstances and customers are urged to ensure that a contactable email address or daytime telephone number are indicated when ordering.

All transactions are completed in Pounds Sterling.

All online prices are exclusive to this website and are only valid when ordering through the website.

Products

All descriptions of products including illustrations and prices, are given in goods faith but are subject to alteration without prior notice due to changes in specifications or raw materials that may occur. Where prices are different to those shown online then we will always try to  make contact with customers to confirm the order. SOME PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND MAY TAKE UP TO 28 WORKING DAYS AND ARE NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. If your order is urgent then you are advised to telephone us and talk to one of our sales persons. If you order next day delivery on a product that is not in stock then we will contact you via the email address or telephone number you have given to us.

Delivery

Postage is free of charge on all orders of £30.01 or more inc Vat to all UK mainland addresses (including Isle of Wight). Anything under £30.01 is charged at a flat rate of £3. Standard delivery is second class Royal Mail or standard courier service. For urgent or next day deliveries a charge will be made. All overseas orders are subject to delivery charges.

Cancellation and returns

To return any goods please telephone 01455 614911. Generally if the item is a standard stock line and has not been used you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase for a full refund excluding any delivery charges that may have been made. Where goods have been made to order we may not be able to accept a return as this is subject to the nature of the product.

Where an alteration to an order is made after work has commenced the Company reserves the right to make additional charges as necessary.

Damaged or incorrect goods

Any goods received in damaged condition should be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt. Any goods which we have supplied incorrectly should be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt.

Force Majeure

No liability will be accepted by us for any delay in performance which is wholly attributable to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Terrorism, Strikes, Lock-outs, Restriction by Government or other competent authority. Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our direct control.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. In case of disputes, the law of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern island shall apply.

Care of Customers property

Where customers goods are deposited with us for repair or alteration we will take all reasonable care to look after these and keep them in the same condition as when they were deposited with us. Compensation for any loss or damage through whatever circumstance will be limited to a maximum of £100.00 or at the discretion of the Directors of Central Regalia Ltd. Where goods are returned by us via postal or courier service any compensation for loss is restricted to the service providers terms of compensation. We will always return bespoke jewels via insured service up to a value of £500.00. Customers should arrange their own insurance where necessary.
